自分もしているから周りがしていても全く気にしないという人が居ても、1人でも不快に思う人が居るのならやはりそれは控えるべきことなのかなと思いました。
公共の施設では避けたほうがいいのかもしれませんね。

私も同意見です。
さすがに電車の前の席でイチャイチャされたら目のやりばに困ります。また、ちらっと目が合ってしまって「何見てんだよ！！」なんて面倒なシチュエーションも考えられる。
そんなリスクも考えられるなら公共の施設では避けてもらったほうがいいかも。と思います。
